We use a variety of Eco-Friendly brands. Mostly vinegar, castile soap, essential oils and baking soda. If you have a product you prefer please provide that product and we’ll be happy to clean with such product.
No, you can cancel service anytime without penalties with a two week courtesy.

We ask that you give a 24 notice before scheduled cleaning when canceling or rescheduling service if sick or because life just happens, we understand.
The cleaning may take as little as one hour to eight hours. Time depends on the size and condition of home.
No. Many of our clients aren’t home when we clean. However, we need permission to enter the home. Please leave key or provide code for your client profile. All client information remains confidential. If we do not have access to your home when we arrive at scheduled cleaning you’ll be charged 50% of service and will need to reschedule.
We don’t mind working in a home with pets. However, we do kindly ask that you let know ahead of time. We use pet friendly cleaning products. We understand the importance of creating a clean and healthy living environment for both you and your pets.
